Springhills pickerel bites are a delicious way to enjoy Ontario’s most popular wild fish. Each bite is about 3cm across, and battered with a light seasoning. They're made from sustainably sourced pickerel caught by independent Canadian fishermen and women in Lake Erie, Ontario. Prepare in less than 20 minutes in your oven or air fryer.
