Medicinal Ingredients (per 5 mL): Iron (iron (III) pyrophosphate, elemental)…..15 mg, Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)…..1.25 mcg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)…..0.7 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, xylitol, starch, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate (less than 0.2% of total product), sunflower lecithin.

For 0 months and up, take one teaspoon (5 mL) per day. For pregnant women take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) per day. Take with food a few hours away from medications. Refrigerate after opening.
