Our Tincture Blends can be added to water, or incorporated into tea, smoothies, or mocktails to boost the functional benefits. Recommended Dose: Adults: 5 mL, 3 times per day, in warm water 20 minutes before meals. Use for at least 3 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use. Cautions and Warnings: If you have an auto-immune disorder, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, gallstones, or gallbladder diseases and/or intestinal obstruction, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a bile duct obstruction, or if allergic to plants of the Daisy family; or if you have a heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes, edema, or if taking products containing diuretics. Known Adverse Reactions: Discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting, a laxative effect, or a hypersensitivity reaction.
