Our Organic Living Lettuce is the result of research and trials to select the best varieties for growing in a pot.  What sets us apart from cut lettuce and "living" hydroponic lettuce, which are removed from their growing environment, is that our lettuce plants are still in their original growing medium and therefore truly alive and growing.
