Arnica is native to the meadows and mountain areas of Europe and North America. Commonly arnica flowers are used in herbal ointments and oils to reduce the swelling and pain from aches, bruises, and sprains on unbroken skin. Arnica has also been used as a flavoring ingredient in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, frozen dairy desserts, candy, puddings, gelatins, and baked goods.

• Ingredients: Each tube contains 4 g (approximately 80 pellets). Non-medicinal ingredients : Sucrose and lactose. Keep under normal storage conditions.

• Adults, children and infants Take 5 pellets, 3 times per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Dissolve one dose in a small amount of water before administering to children under 2 years of age.
