Our Sweet Apple Cider is made from pure pressed apples, with a touch of vitamin C to prevent browning. It has a sweet and slightly tangy taste and is made up of a blend of apple varieties native to Ontario (Macintosh, Mutsu, Empire, Courtland and Spy to name a few) that we press here at Black River. Sediment is normal, it's just the natural fibre from the fruit.
