  • Adults: Take 1 capsule, twice daily. Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 5 months. Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder, clotting disorder; and/or if you are taking blood thinners, anti-psychotics, or any oral medications.
